I love hospitality!

I know what great food and great service are and how awesome it makes me feel to provide them. 2020 (COVID) changed the dynamic of what hospitality is today, and that is the reason I left the restaurant world.

With the love and support of many great friends and family, we created Dirty Dogs BBQ. I’ve been fortunate to work with so many great chefs and front-of-the-house professionals in my career, and they are all a part of what I have created with this venture.

Dirty Dogs BBQ is a culmination of my past 35 years in hospitality. It combines my passion for great food (emphasis on smoked meats and BBQ), giving guests great service, and having fun while doing it! I don’t believe that hospitality is dead or that people aren’t still looking for it. That is why we bring you Dirty Dogs BBQ.
